God said let there be light and there was then a couple thousand years later came us. Higher Power was started a year  ago with Phil (does his last name really matter) singing and Mark Heck on bass, Steve Davenport on guitar and Craig Hall on drums. Phil and the band had a falling out and he left. They then got Jason McCann to play guitar and Steve sang. Soon after Mark dropped out of the band. Higher Power quickly got there stuff together and tuned their music to a Hardcore/Metal sound, and started making songs and plan on recording soon.  And in late 1999 Craig Brousseau joined the band as Higher Power's bass player.
